Reduced service in November

⚠️ Reduced service from November 2 to 20⚠️
a time to rethink our structure

Hello everyone,

For the past few months, the Comité logement du Plateau-Mont-Royal has been working on a reflection aimed at improving its management model. To carry out this in-depth restructuring work, the team will have a reduced service from Monday the 2nd to Friday the 20th of November. In the current context of crisis and rising tenant needs, we want to ensure that we continue to respond sustainably and within our capabilities.

What changes during this period

  • Walk-ins at our offices will be suspended on Wednesday, November 4, 11, and 18.
  • Email and voicemail response times will be longer due to reduced service.

If you are experiencing a situation that cannot wait

The neighboring housing committees will be able to accommodate your urgent requests for information during this period:

Other sources of information

  • Our website, clpmr.com , for information, guides and templates for formal notices.
  • The Locataire.info website, created by the Regroupement des comités logement et associations de locataires du Québec (RCLALQ), for information on tenants’ rights, templates for notices of default, guides, lists of lawyers, etc. But only in french.
  • The TAL, available at 514-873-2245, as well as its website for information on your rights, sample forms, etc.
  • Educaloi’s website, a source of comprehensive information for tenant’s right.

Back to the regular schedule

Our services will gradually resume their normal course from Monday, November 23. It is possible, however, that longer response times will continue for some time depending on the size of the requests received during this period.

Thank you for your understanding and trust.

In solidarity,

The team at the Comité logement du Plateau-Mont-Royal
